The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the hotel. The breakfast served was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Location is the best thing about this hotel, easily accessible from the airport and near the tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but that's where it ends. The bed is wet, and the room reeks of mustiness. Don't expect to be able to charge your devices as the number of plugs is limited. Though the food was not as terrible as the other aspects, it was served cold, and there is no option to eat-in.
Worst aspects of this hotel are the poor hygiene standards, and the sudden stop of water supply in the morning while taking a bath. The service staff is not helpful, and there is no emergency response system in place.

The hotel was conveniently located near my business meetings. the room I stayed in was furnished with comfortable bedding and a large TV. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast buffet which included a variety of options to choose from.
My overall experience at the hotel was not satisfying. the room had a musty odor and lacked enough outlets for me to charge my devices.

The hotel is situated in a well-connected locality with various transport facilities nearby. the exterior of the hotel is impressive, with a polished look and a clean surrounding. the rooms are spacious and have a basic set of amenities with soft beds and comfy pillows. the bathroom is not up to the mark, with poor ventilation and wet floors that have an unpleasant odor.
The hotel is let down by its careless service staff, who are not responsive to emergency requests for help.

There is a minor issue with the electricity supply. There are not enough plug points in the rooms for mobile charging.
